I designed weekly, biweekly and trigger campaign emails for Getty Images and iStock subscription customers. Each email is designed based on current trends and stories to reach specific customer targets. These emails were designed for both local and global markets. I also designed landing pages using the brand guidelines for Getty Images and iStock.

strategy 

We began to see some areas of improvement for the email campaigns. I teamed up with a copywriter and we provided a point of view on short and long-term opportunities for Getty Images and iStock email communications (CRM).  We finalized seven areas of improvement:

● Single-minded theme and focus
● Concise and direct subject lines and email copy
● Always include timing CTA with offers
● Showcase multiple content formats and styles
● Every email should lead with a focus on growing revenue, with information second
●All emails should be mobile-first
●Merge header imagery and copy for maximum impact
